The Backbone of Road Transport: 44-Tonne Articulated Vehicles
The majority of road transport is carried out using 44-tonne articulated vehicles, commonly known as artics. These vehicles feature curtain sides that can be opened from both sides, allowing efficient loading and unloading from three access points.
An artic can carry up to 28 tonnes of cargo and offers generous loading dimensions: 13.6 meters in length, 2.4 meters in width, and 2.7 meters in height, A standard artic trailer can hold up to 26 standard UK pallets (1200mm x 1000mm) or 33 euro pallets (1200mm x 800mm) when loaded in a single, evenly distributed layer or any odd shaped shipment that fits within its dimensions.
We offer two main types of articulated vehicles to suit your needs:

Curtain Sider Artic – ideal for general freight and palletized goods

Low Loader Transport for Oversized and Heavy Cargo
Low loader vehicles are essential for transporting heavy, oversized cargo across industries such as construction, heavy machinery, oil refineries, and shipping. These specialized vehicles are designed to carry loads that exceed the limitations of standard articulated trucks.
Our extensive low loader network spans across Europe. Backed by trusted partners and a robust logistics framework, we have the capability and confidence to move heavy cargo of virtually any size, from any location within Europe. Our expert team brings deep experience in handling complex, oversized shipments—giving your business a competitive edge in specialized logistics.
Low loaders are capable of carrying up to 100 tonnes, subject to local regulations. Their capacity is determined by axle configuration, which varies by vehicle type. These vehicles can transport shipments up to 15 meters in length, 3.5 meters in width, and 5 meters in height, depending on regional transport permits and prior approvals.

Our fleet of Luton vans and rigid trucks is ideal for urgent deliveries, Time and supply critical shipments to locations inaccessible by larger vehicles due to access restrictions. Widely used across industries in both domestic and international transport, vans are a vital part of the logistics network.
Luton vans can carry up to 1,000 kg, with internal dimensions of 4.2m (L) × 2m (W) × 2m (H) and a 3.5 LDM loading space—perfect for boxes, furniture, and pallets. We also offer tail lift vans with a lifting capacity of up to 500 kg.
We provide two van types:

1) Collection
Once we receive the order confirmation, collection address, contact details, and shipment information, our transport team immediately initiates the booking process. Driver details, including vehicle registration, are shared with the consignor, ensuring full transparency. We keep all stakeholders informed at every stage. Upon successful collection, we provide the CMR copy, collection note, and shipment photos to all relevant parties—ensuring clarity, proof, and peace of mind.
While the shipment is being collected, our customs clearance team is already at work. The consignor is contacted to obtain essential documents such as the Commercial Invoice and Packing List. These documents are processed promptly to prepare a draft export declaration. Once the shipment is collected and the draft is approved, our team immediately begins the import declaration filing, ensuring zero errors and delays. This proactive approach enables seamless border crossings and uninterrupted delivery of your goods.
3) Delivery
Delivery is the most critical and final stage of our dedicated road freight service. Our experienced team proactively contacts the consignee to verify the delivery address and shipment details. With full journey tracking, we maintain complete visibility and control over the vehicle route and shipment progress. Deliveries are executed as per the agreed time and date. Upon successful delivery, we provide the customer with shipment photos, signed delivery notes, and GPS coordinates, ensuring full transparency and marking the completion of the shipment.
